Season of Games....

Common wealth games are over now, i am not sure who got what in these games, who played well and who played bad....
But "not ending games" in my homeland are continue since the day i got conscious to watch and observe different type of games always found on. Every player is trying to win and defeat to other one.....
The story of these games is long , i think its started from the creation of this country. Sometime politician played and some time Generals, sometime judiciary played and sometime Establishment, everybody is just playing and playing....Playing with the emotions of this counrty's common man, voter and with a layman who went to get justice.... here every big small player is playing with them.
Now days, Judiciary versus Govt game is on......some time match starts at 2am, every player tries to show their strength......Sometime through full bench and sometime through addressing to nation.
I dont know who is supposed to play fairly for the sake this nation, who is responsible to take care of the poor peoples, who will play his cards against the poverty, who will play his role for the electricity, who will show his cards against the outsiders who have nothing to do with our land but they want to play their devil games here......

I am unable to understand  WHO IS PLAYING FOR WHOM but i know the only thing ITS PLAY GROUND FOR GENERALS, POLITICIANS, JUDGES, ESTABLISHMENT AND NOW MEDIA EVERY BODY IS PLAYING, ALL SEASONED, NOT ENDING GAMES FOR THEIR OWN SAKE.......

One Year gone....working group

It was last year september when about a three year project came to an end, i served in project about more than two and half years, It was a very exposure seeking and full of learning job. A project with national and international organizations and working on child protection issues, it was amazing time for my own learning, Many sincere seniors and much dedicated peoples i found during this period, Working Group against Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitations......
This website where i have been working as admin, still reminds me the golden days..... http://www.wgcsae.org/
Its Capacity building component, its awareness raising component and Advocacy and lobying activities all the components were cotribution in the efforts to save the children of Nation from all type of exploitations and abuses. .A study regarding the situation of child sexual abuse in transport was very interesting ( http://www.wgcsae.org/publications/CSEC-Trans-F.pdf ), they acknowledged my assistance during this research. Thanks to them :)
The sad thing is this due to political instability, judicial crises and later lack of political will, couldnot get out of it any sort of legislative package or concrete tangible frame work or policy from fedral Govt. although the efforts were near to be fruitful in shape of Child Protection Bill, but 18th amendment has made it much confusing, due to more provincial autonomy and legislative rights to provinces etc......

One year has completed but i still remember those joint efforts of the organizations and individuals.....

Lawyers and THE INDEPENDENT JUDICIARY

The following news is very painful for me, in this era of democracy and days of indpendent judiciary, the officers of court are being toruterd and abuse by the police men.......
Wanted to write something other but today unable to say anythings else :(

LAHORE: Police in Lahore arrested around 40 lawyers on Friday for breaking Section 144 which was imposed following the lawyers attack on the chambers of the Lahore High Court Chief Justice yesterday.
The Chief Justice of the Lahore High Court has ordered the release of the arrested lawyers.
Around 200 lawyers gathered at the Aiwan-e-Adal this morning and tried to hold a rally against the arrest of dozens of their collegues including Lahore Bar Association’s former Vice President MR Awan.
The police tried to stop them and a scuffle broke out. The lawyers gathered inside the session courts premises. They pelted stones on the police who in turn fired tear gas shells.
Talking to Express 24/7, correspondent Shiraz Hasnat said that around 40 lawyers were arrested in the scuffle. Some of the lawyers have been reportedly injured in the clashes as well.
Section 144 has been imposed at the Mall Road and a large number of police personnel have been deployed outside the Lahore High Court after lawyers attacked the office of Chief Justice Lahore High Court Khwaja Mohammad Sharif yesterday.
More than 2000 police personnel have been deployed in the wake of tension between Lahore Bar Association and Chief Justice Lahore High Court.
Lahore Bar Association has condemned the arrest of its leaders and demanded their release. On the other hand the lawyers arrested on charges of vandalising the chief justice’s office yesterday will be presented in an anti-terrorism court today.
Lahore High Court registrar has confirmed that a case has been registered against more than one hundred lawyers for their attack on the chamber of the Lahore High Court chief justice.
Lawyers were holding a press conference at the Aiwan-e-Adal yesterday evening when the police stormed in.
Lahore Bar President Sajid Bashir alleged that he was unaware of any attack on the LHC CJ’s chamber.
The police however arrested all the lawyers present on the occasion including Punjab Bar Council Vice President Mumtaz Mustafa.
Meanwhile the Lahore High Court Registrar has issued a press release saying that the arrested  lawyers wanted to attack Chief Justice Khawaja Muhammad Sharif.

On My Birthday!!

25 September, My birthday as usual there were many friends and family member who have wished me (thanks to all), Life is going on and on, time is passing really fast. Schooldays gone, college lifer over, Professional life going and a new era/phase of being with someone special took place this year of age......., this new phase  (starts by my marriage with Ammara) brought stability, peace, feeling of GOD's blessings and spiritual contentment . It is practical stability in everything that i feel big time, i felt the peace of  mind that younger people may never understand or comprehend as i personally was unable to imagine earlier.

No matter how long we live and what age we have, it is only a blink of the eye regarding eternity, Being human I have done many wrongs and errors in the past life which must have hurt some one or the other,  and may be will make more in the future but not willfully, If anyone feels it was something willfully, I beg pardon today and assure to correct in future.

May Allah bless to all my well wishers and O' God keep continue your blessings upon all my family and friends.  May His Light of blessings shine upon all of you.

THANKS GOD AND THANKS AGAIN TO ALL MY  DEARS, YOUR LOVE AND KINDNESS IS SUNSHINE OF LIFE.

Consolation....

Sometime it is better to let the certain things happen. Dont expect to anything get back, dont expect recognition for your efforts and your accomplishments, dont expect your genius and wisdom to be discovered or your emotions, love, attachment to be understood.... Complete the things without, pride, inability and arrogance.
Then close the door and feel the change.... Stop being who you were and become who you are.....I think always should keep in mind this Impressive saying " YOU RECEIVE WITH THE SAME HAND THAT YOU GIVE"

An interesting text message i got in the morning, i think i should blog it:)

Ten Reasons for choosing social sector Job:
1.I hate to sleep
2.I have enjoyed my life in childhood
3.I want to disturb my family life
4.I want to take revenge from myself
5.I desperately need a breakup from my dearest friends
6. want social boycott
7.I love to work during holidays
8.I want to see tears in my eyes
9.I love risks and uncertainties
10.I want to remain unmarried even after getting married
Dedicated to all my NGO workers & friends :)

Although the life in social sector is tough but i am not very agree with the contents above joke, Being a social worker i understand and i salute to  all the pplz attached to this sector, they do their job amicably even in tough situation, i know the many success stories of these workers during the Earthquake, Swat War and now this flood disaster where dedication of remained impressive.
Its also the fact black sheeps are also part of this sector too and they dont leave any chance to exploit the situations but every department and every sector has good and bad peoples.

My First Blog!!!

Writing is an art, may be i m not good writer and am sure not a good artist but as normal human being i feel the things and wana express and share as well.
So, to fulfill this desire i am taking initiative to write my blog not may be daily but occasionally. The days i am starting to write my own blog are worst in my country, Although Eid days but the millions of countrymen are facing the history's worst and disastrous flood, People are shelter less. On the other hand in last one year hundreds and thousands peoples are directly have become the victims of terrorism, Only in the recently passed holy month of Ramdan, hundreds of families lost their beloved ones. So the bitterness of this situation may be reflected in my views and writings.

As the frustration level is high and overall situation is not good but hope is alive............Our brave nation still has hope, they are still confident and belief is here. yes!

A hope for good days! A hope for Prosperity! A hope for Justice! A hope for the days when no more terrorism and no mother will lost her son..........., A hope for the days when no more interference will be of outsiders in our motherland! A hope for the days when we will sing again the songs of Aman-o-Aashti!  A hope for the days when Lahore will again be the city of Zindaa Dilaans and Karachi will be the city of lights, Peshawar/KP will be the land of hospitality, and Land of Bolan will again cheer with its rich traditions nowhere bombardment & bloodshed will exist!  A hope for the days when the rainy days will be over!
A hope for "PAK SERZAMEEN SHADBAAD" Yaa, Bcause there is no space for the hopelessness in our religion and in our culture................... We have in our bloods " Naa-Umeedi Kufer hai"
